RETURN POLICY

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

All of our products are inspected before dispatch, the item you received arrived damaged or doesn’t match the listing description or if it’s the wrong item, you can return it within 3 business days after sign on arrival (or pickup from Hallam factory). You must drop the damaged or wrong item to where you pickup from, we will do full refund in 3 business days after the item arrived in Hallam factory.(It is suggested that If you collect the item from transport depot please inspect the item before bringing it home.)

If the product purchased does NOT fit your application, the return is also offered, the claim must be reported within 3 business days after sign on arrival (or pickup from our Hallam factory). The return postage is NOT covered by us.

The return address is 26-28 Star Crescent Hallam VIC 3803 (ARROW TOOLQUIP)

Return by courier or in person is accepted.

Our trading hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to12:00 pm

HOW TO CREDIT RETURNS?
Refund will be issued the same way as to how the payment has been made.
